In search of the perfect venue for your next meeting or conference? Below you will find our hand-picked range of rooms ideally suited to any type of situation or meeting style. Each of our function rooms has something different to offer, and we can configure the room to suit your special occasion. You can specify the number of tables and chairs you would like and how you would like to see them arranged. White table linen is available for hire upon request.

 

 

 

The Orchard Hall

 This is our biggest hall and is suitable for 120 - 180 delegates seated around tables, or up to 300 delegates seated theatre style.. 
The Orchard Hall has its own dedicated bar so you can hire this room on it's own. Make use of our stage area and projector screen if needed at an additional cost.

You can extend the space for your delegates to have a second bar and seating area by hiring The Sapling Hall, which is adjoining to The Orchard Hall and can be sectioned off and opened up when needed - even during functions.

 

 

 

 The Sapling Hall

This hall can be used as a standalone hall on its own for up to 85 delegates, or you can open up both the Orchard Hall and The Sapling Hall to create a large communal space to cater for up 300 delegates.

The Sapling Hall has it's own dedicated bar area so that you can hire this space on it's own when needing a smaller more intimate area for up to 85 delegates. Make use of our balcony area and lower floor if needing to separate your delegates.

 

 

 

The Pippin Room

 Perfect for seminars, classes or smaller meetings, the Pippin Room can hold up to 35 delegates comfortably seated with tables, including a TV at no extra cost. 

If you require catering, whether drinks and/or lunch, we can organise this to be brought to your room at a time of your choice. Enjoy your dining with your delegates in an intimate setting within the comfort of your class or seminar.

 

 

 

The Seedling Room

 


This intimate room is perfect for classes, small meetings or even one to one discussions, and can comfortably seat up to 20 delegates with tables.

You will have full use of all of our facilities, including our newly refurbished bar area and food menu. If you require catering for your meeting then all you need to do is let us know, and we will endeavour to meet any of your requirements.
